FIFA World Cup 2010 - For the South African Government - Stadium Business Case Analysis and Stadium Design Review - Financial Management, Monitoring and Control Plan for Funding of Stadia Development
Millennium Stadium - IVS personnel provided resource to the stadium whilst an Operations Director was recruited. Rugby World Cup 2007 – IVS provided a project manager to the Millennium Stadium for the games that took place at the stadium.
British Marine Federation - IVS has been contracted to deliver a data collection and exhibition access system. Farnborough International Airshow - IVS has been contracted to deliver collection and accreditation and access system.

Wembley Stadium/Arena - Event Management, International Project Management, Concessions Management.
Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) - implementation of an Intelligent Stadium Solution integrating access control, ticketing merchandise and retail functions. Project Management of new stadium build and Facilities Management of clubs property portfolio.
Johannesburg Stadium – General Management. China - promoted and organised The 555 China Rally. Promoted the Asia Festival of Speed . Philip Morris - Set up and managed Events Division . The Royal Albert Hall - Concessions Management.
QA Project Experience
Sports Stadia - QA are consulting on the 2010 Soccer City Stadium. QA also consults and performs a variety of audits in preparation for the new Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Bill.
Event Technical Direction and Management - QA served as Technical Directors for Ubuntu Village in Johannesburg for the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development. QA have also been technical consultants for the Africa Night 18th World Petroleum Conference and the Vodacom 2001 Year End Events as well as other major international events.
Major Hotel, Leisure and Gaming Groups - QA consult for many companies within South Africa and beyond its borders. QA has also been involved with major hotel resorts and developments in Europe, The Middle East and Asia.
Musical Events - QA has been involved in logistical and entertainment technology projects for a number of musical events, banquets and functions including the Pavarotti Farewell Tour, the Three Tenors at the Union Buildings, the Roberta Flack Tour, Gloria Estefan, and the Vanessa Mae “Storm” Tour.
