Finding the Right Team

We are available to manage your Stadium in its entirety or will assist in the process of recruitment of a suitable Stadium General Manager and the Senior Management Team ensuring the candidates have both the skills and experience and share your aspirations and ambitions. Roles and responsibilities of the manager and team will be clearly defined.

Commercial Management

IVS SA will assist with the development of a strategy document for the commercial management of the venue. This core document will form the basis of the development of a workable business plan. This will be followed by the development of the personnel structures, commercial centres and sponsorship platforms. The business plan will be an organic document, which will constantly be updated and shaped to accommodate the activities that grow out of the implementation of the plan.

The commercial strategy and business plan will emphasise the key areas of commercial activity and revenue and will highlight methods of activation, time frames and goals. Key areas will include: Venue Utilisation - design and layout, Concessions (catering, conferencing, retail, fitness centre etc.) and Alternative Uses (concerts, exhibitions, events).

Sponsorship Strategy

Sponsorship will form a key element of the commercial platform for the venue and as a result, will need to be accommodated in the design, build, layout and fit-out. IVS SA will produce a sponsorship strategy, to include; the development of sponsorship packages and the implementation of a sponsor service programme.

Operations Manual

Together with the Senior Management Team, a comprehensive Operations Manual will be produced. This will be an on-line library of all operational aspects, outlining all areas of functionality and providing detailed guides to individual operational procedures. Each division, department and member of staff will be able to download or print the core elements that apply to their area of operation.

Media Facilities

Media facilities are a key component within any major venue and require significant consideration. We will assist with the translation of international media requirements and the development a media operations guide, ensuring FIFA compliance. We will also assist with the provision of an access mechanism, the integration of broadcast media requirements and structural positioning.

Stadium Services

IVS SA will work with the Senior Management Team and implement the most effective and efficient: Building Management Systems; Mechanical and Electrical Services – Lighting, Sound Systems, Communications, Security Systems (CCTV, Alarms); Ticketing; Access Control; Customer Relations Management; Catering; Concessions and Media.

Out-Sourcing

We will compile Tender Documents with the Senior Management Team and include Service Level Agreements for out-sourced services such as Catering, IT, Security, Media and Waste Management.

FIFA Accreditation

The operations team is experienced in the process of FIFA accreditation and will assist with the delivery of a stadium and Business/Management plan which will be approved by FIFA.

Health and Safety

A robust Health and Safety policy is vital for the safe operation of any venue and IVS SA is fully versed on all the requirements of the new Safety at Sport and Recreation Events Bill. Requirements include policies for event and non event operation, safety codes for contractors, management arrangements and training for disaster strategy, permits to work and risk assessments.
